Deposit & Balance

Deposit payable at time of booking. Balance due at 8 weeks before arrival date.

Additional fees

There are no additional fees for dogs.  We can accommodate up to two dogs but can be flexible depending on the size of dog.  Please contact us directly if you have any queries.

There are no additional fees for heating, electricity, water or wi-fi (excluding charges for Electric Vehicles - see below).

Electric Vehicle Charging Point

There is an Electric Vehicle Charging Point (EVCP) installed at the property. It is a 7.4kW EV Charging Unit Type 2 (untethered).  The fee is £80 per vehicle per week and is shown on the booking form.  This can be booked and paid for in advance, or can be arranged closer to your stay by contacting us.

Short Breaks

We only offer short breaks over the Christmas and New Year period for a minimum of four nights.

Discounts

Returning Guest discount

A 10% discount will be applied to the full price for returning guests.

Your Privacy

Our booking enquiry system collects some of your personal data, this is necessary for us to book your stay and reply to any enquiry. Unless you specifically request further material from us we will not use this information for any future marketing. Your data is not shared with any third party for marketing purposes and will only be retained by us for the time period needed to fulfill your booking and to satisfy our legal obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more information.
