Doors lead from both the sitting room and garden room onto the patio area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining or a BBQ. The back garden of the cottage backs onto open fields, separated by a small grassy bank and wire fence.  A hedge runs to the right of the property with a gate leading to the property owner's drive-way which is also gated.  The front of the cottage is fully enclosed with high Cornish stone walls and a gate, and is surrounded by dry stone walls. There is an outside shower - perfect for cleaning your dog after a day out on the beach!
